Nationwide Socioeconomic Assessment (Health, Education, Nutrition)

NOMA conducted a large-scale socioeconomic assessment of health, education, and nutrition to support UNDP Afghanistan’s initiatives. The data collection included a nationally representative quantitative survey across all 34 provinces, with a sample size of 1,200, along with 36 focus group discussions (FGDs) and 45 key informant interviews.

Evaluation of Afghan Women’s Leadership Initiative (AWLI)

NOMA conducted an evaluation to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the AWLI project, which aimed to reduce child marriage and empower girls. The study involved focus group discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews (KIIs), and over 700 interviews with girls in Ghor province.

Afghanistan Resilience Trust Fund II (ARTF II) – National Horticulture and Livestock Project (NHLP)

NOMA conducted face-to-face interviews with agricultural sector beneficiaries at 300 sites across 10 provinces, utilizing digital data collection tools. The survey assessed the implementation and impact of ARTF II agricultural projects on beneficiaries.
